If you’re feeling low on energy, get active and do something ANYTHING to elevate your heart rate, and break a sweat. It will make you feel energised and boost your mood in as little as 15 minutes!
Otherwise, if you choose to be a couch potato you might still be there tomorrow.
The last two days have seen me all up amongst the weights and I can’t begin to describe the great feeling I have the days after. I am itching to do more - but rest is essential for muscle recovery. All it took was for me to have one great session and BAM! it’s on my list of things I can’t wait to do again. That energising, pumping, great feeling keeps me wanting to do more and more.
The same goes for every sport, exercise, workout - that feel good post-workout feeling - that elation, that bliss, the endorphins rush.
Get active. Break a sweat. Feel good. Repeat!
So true! Get out there and move.
